Here at Ellaberry Kreation , we strive to bring to you the best of our dresses (Special Occasion, ready to wear/casual dresses). All Ellaberry girls' dresses are exclusively designed and tailored by us. We offer special occasion dresses mostly for ages 1-6 years old. We may also have dresses for other ages from time to time. In addition to our lovely dresses, we also offer printed shirts  for adult and kids and yes, some of these shirts are customizable. We may also offer some shoes, bags and accessories in our store. 

Our goal is to create things that are unique and exclusive to us especially clothing designs that are not typically found in regular stores .We want our "Royal Princesses " to keep looking stunning everywhere they go because, they are "Royal" to us. We will bring to you high quality products that are affordable so you will not regret shopping with us. We appreciate every of our costumers and we thank you for supporting our small business.  

Ellaberry Kreation is strictly an online store located in the United States . Please note that we do not have physical stores at this time. 

Our finished products can be made here in the US or imported . However, we do follow the same guidelines wherever our products are made so you can have the best.

SHIPMENT:

Products are usually packed and shipped within 3 business days except for customized products which may take 3-5 business days to process. We work had to ship products as soon as possible .Please exercise patience while we work to deliver products to you . If after  2 weeks of product shipment you do not receive your product, please contact use via email for the issue to be resolved.

RETURN:

We work hard to send you the best of our products and expect that returns will rarely occur but in the event of returns, we do accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Buyers may receive a refund or exchange according to need. We ask that our customers view our product pictures/charts and use them as a guide in purchasing their products. Any product received after 15 days of purchase will not be eligible for a refund. The buyer pays for product shipment and all products must be in the same condition as received (without any damage or deformation) . Refunds will be initiated once the product is received by us.
